The cone crusher is one of the main mining machines widely used for crushing ores in various mining areas. The main components of the cone crusher are the rolling molar wall, circular plate, gear, cone sleeve, eccentric shaft, crushing wall, bearings, etc. During the crushing operation, the crusher will inevitably wear out or the parts will be destroyed after a certain period of time. This will directly affect the progress of the crushing operation, it is necessary to replace these parts.

  Cone crusher parts replacement method: 1:

  1、The cone crusher rolling mortar wall has U-shaped screws put on the adjusting ring, and zinc alloy is injected between them to make it tightly bonded. When newly installing or replacing the rolling mortar wall, the tightening should be checked after 6-8 hours of work, and the U-shaped screws should be tightened again.

  2, due to friction so that the circular plate wear, affecting the change of gear clearance, in order to ensure the normal meshing of the gear must be added shim on the bottom cover, the thickness of the shim should be equal to the wear of the circular plate.

  3、The cone sleeve and empty eccentric shaft should be tightly fitted, inject zinc alloy to prevent the cone sleeve from rotating, the zinc alloy should be filled with all the gap, because of the hot injection of zinc alloy may cause the deformation of the cone sleeve, so the new cone sleeve should be well checked for size, and should be corrected in time if found incorrect, the manufacturing spare parts should be prepared according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve to keep the original fit.

  4、The cone crushing wall is fixed on the cone body by the cone head and zinc alloy is cast between them. After the newly installed or replaced cone crushing wall works for 6-8 hours, the fastening should be checked and tightened immediately if it is found loose.

  5. The ore must be distributed in the middle of the disk when the cone crusher is working, in order to prevent the crusher from overloading and making the liner plate wear unevenly; it is not allowed to load the ore directly into the crushing chamber. The correct feeding conditions are: the ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing chamber by the distribution disk, and the ore fed cannot be higher than the level of the rolling molar wall.

  6、When installing the bowl bearing, pay attention not to make the steel wire rope touch the oil retaining ring (supported by hard wood and other things between the steel wire rope). When assembling, the supporting spherical surface should be scraped and researched to ensure that the crushing cone and bowl-shaped mutual spherical surface in contact with the inner ring in the outer circle should ensure an annular clearance of 0.35-0.5mm. Bowl-shaped shaft tile is fixed on the bowl-shaped bearing frame with the locking nail of the surrounding infusion of baccarat alloy to prevent the bowl-shaped shaft tile from rotating along the circumference of the square he. The bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body are fixed with keys (pins). If a gap between the bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body is found during work, it must be dealt with immediately.
